The reforms carried out have been made to restore original details that had been lost, so we could say that it is preserved as it was then, with the embossed tiles made in 1922 and its famous slogan: "To eat well and cheap, San Millán 4" . The interior also maintains the traditional aspect with its brick cellar, photographs of old Madrid, relics of the first radios in Spain and other samples of the time.
