Our Lady Valverde Pharmacy
When the north of Madrid was cereal fields, vineyards and orchards, in the old town of Fuencarral there was already a century-old pharmacy, one of the first in Madrid.

...Virgilio Casero Crespo bought this Pharmacy and Drugstore Office from the previous pharmacist, establishing it at the current 71 Nuestra Señora de Valverde Street. Dedicatedly caring for each neighbor individually, and controlling the health quality in the area, in his work as Municipal Pharmaceutical Inspector and Pharmaceutical Professor of the Municipal Laboratory.
Later it was run by Don Luis Casero Camarero with the same dedication for all the neighbors. Currently, her daughter, Ángela Casero Carretero, is the owner of this century-old pharmacy.
