The data is collected for the purpose of developing activities for the promotion and revitalization of commercial activity in the municipality of Madrid for campaigns, promotional actions, contests, recreational and educational activities, informative and training activities, granting of aid and subsidies.
The data provided will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose described. They will not be used to make automated decisions.
The processing of the data is based on the legitimate interest of the person in charge of executing the powers attributed to the General Directorate of Commerce, Hospitality and Consumption in terms of promoting commercial activity in the city of Madrid.
Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed. Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

Likewise, the interested parties have the right to withdraw the consent granted, in which case it will be effective from the moment they request it, without having retroactive effects, and the right to claim before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.
