He became a clerk at Casa Pérez and when his boss died, he decided to buy the store and take over it, becoming Mantequería Andrés. Currently, it is the children who dispatch all kinds of natural products in a traditional establishment: unadulterated honey, sobaos from Cantabria, artisan preserves, fresh milk from the Madrid mountains collected daily, artisan yogurts from the Basque Country, oranges brought from Valencia , Villajoyosa chocolates, etc.
