Umikobake is the new Japanese-fusion bakery from the chefs at Umiko, located at number 18 on Los Madrazo Street, where their first restaurant opened. This proposal reflects their innovative essence, now focused on sweets.

Dough, flavour and colour are the protagonists of this project, which fuses Japanese cuisine with European and French pastries. Every morning they make artisanal products in their workshop, presenting them to the public with a carefully designed design.
