This fashionable tavern, opened in the 70s, created from nothing by an enterprising, visionary woman ahead of her times who, without knowing the hospitality industry, made "Las Cumbres" the benchmark Tavern in Madrid.
In homage to my grandmother Alicia, and to those taverns of the 70s with long wines, appetizers and generous portions, "Las Cumbres" returns with the same recipe: excellent raw material, selected and treated with total dedication.
