“Sillao” is the everyday and colloquial way we call soy sauce in Peru. This sauce is one of the fundamental bases in Chinese cuisine, also known as soy sauce, soy sauce or simply “Sillao”.

The new concept of the Quispe Group is a representation of the Peruvian-Chinese fusion in which the concept "Chifa" was born, a term from the Chinese language "chi" and "fan" which mean eat and rice respectively.
