...Freedom and freshness. Radicality and extremism. He likes to play on the edge, with irreverence and breaking molds.
Ale Rivas began to become interested in cooking thanks to her grandmother and mother, who instilled in her a passion for the kitchen, which led her to study at the Único School of Food and Drinks in Mexico. After visiting various restaurants, he managed to fulfill one of his dreams, being able to enjoy a stage at El Celler de Can Roca. Her first contact at the Roca house was in the savory kitchen, but she soon moved on to the sweet world, where she became head pastry chef, observing and learning from the passion and creativity of Jordi Roca's sweet creations.
Sharing our passion for ice cream is a dream come true for us, a very pleasant way to experience the sweet world. Bringing sweetness and magic to the world is a wonderful life mission.
