Specialized in grilled meats, our Menu is inspired by Mediterranean Gastronomy, respectful of the product and faithful to tradition.
As masters of the embers we especially recommend: Veal T-bone steak (approx. 1kg); Great Grilled Meats (+1kg); Galician blonde meat burger (220gr), Veal entrail, pork ribs, roast strip, and the great novelty of the season: Octopus with homemade blue potato puree.
...On the menu, a variety of 'popular classics' to choose from: from Madrid stew, Asturian fabada, stewed lentils, oxtail, Madrid-style tripe, homemade croquettes with Iberian ham, broken eggs with Creole chorizo, Provolone casserole, the Gran Canapé Vulcano or the newly added Burrata Salad with blue Raf tomato.
