Specializing in grilled meats, our menu is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine that is respectful of the product and faithful to tradition.
As masters of the grill, we especially recommend: T-bone steak (approx. 1kg); large grilled meats (+1kg); ox and beef Caesar burger, beef skirt steak, pork ribs, grilled strip steak, and the season's newest offering: GRILLED OCTOPUS with blue potatoes.
...On the menu, a variety of popular classics to choose from: from Madrid stew, oxtail, tripe, homemade ham or cod croquettes, broken eggs (with Iberian ham or Creole chorizo), burrata with Raf Azul tomato, or the innovative Spanish omelette with tripe sauce.
