Specializing in grilled meats, our menu is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine that is respectful of the product and faithful to tradition.
As grill masters, we especially recommend: Beef T-bone steak (approx. 1kg); large grilled meats (+1kg); 'Caesar' beef and cow burger, veal skirt, pork ribs, roast strip, and the great novelty of the season: grilled octopus with homemade mashed blue potatoes.
...On the menu, a variety of 'popular classics' to choose from: from Madrid stew, fabada, stewed lentils, oxtail, tripe, homemade croquettes with ham, broken eggs (with ham or with Creole chorizo), Provolone casserole, burrata salad with blue raf tomato or the innovative potato omelette with tripe sauce.
