El Triperito is the new space of chef Roberto Martínez Foronda in the Mercado de la Paz (Madrid). A bar for 12 people, possibility of collection and take away to enjoy it at home… or wherever you want. Our proposal is based on “Come & Chifla” with a short but impactful menu with several dishes to share inspired by Peruvian cevicherías. Our well-known hot wok mussel ceviche is included in the menu, which also includes oysters, tiraditos and rice dishes.
