  • Los Arcos de Ponzano : Located at Calle de Ponzano, 16, this restaurant serves its stew on Wednesdays without reservation, and the rest of the week by prior reservation. The price is 25 euros per diner.

  • Pancipelao : Located at Calle Sierra de Alquife, 26, this establishment offers a daily stew in four courses, which stands out for its quality and presentation. The price is 24 euros per person.
