CHEFS ON FIRE: THE GASTRONOMIC FESTIVAL THAT FUSES FLAVOR AND MUSIC COMES TO MADRID

The Royal Botanical Garden of Alfonso XIII , located at the Complutense University of Madrid, will host the first edition in the capital of the Chefs on Fire gastronomic festival on October 5 and 6. This event, which has been a success for six years in Portugal, has established itself as an international benchmark in gastronomic leisure. Now it comes to Madrid with a proposal that fuses gastronomy and music in a natural and sustainable environment , highlighting the use of fire and wood as common threads.

Chefs on Fire brings together 20 great figures from the culinary scene , both national and international, who will leave their kitchens to cook exclusively with fire and wood. Between barbecues, grills and bonfires, the chefs will prepare their dishes live, allowing attendees to observe, talk and learn from these culinary masters. This edition will feature the presence of renowned international chefs such as Janaína Torres , from A Casa do Porco (1 Michelin Green Star, São Paulo), and Tekuna Gachechiladze , known as the "Queen of Modern Georgian Cuisine".

English: National talent will be represented by chefs such as Lucía Freitas from A Tafona, Javi Estévez from La Tasquería, Carlos Casillas from Barro , Miguel Carretero from Santerra , and Iñigo Urrechu from Urrechu. Also participating will be Juan D'Onofrio from Chispa Bistró , Roberto Foronda from Tripea, and Rafa Panatieri from Sartoria Panatieri. In collaboration with Turismo de Portugal and Turismo de Cascais, the event will feature the presence of prominent Portuguese chefs such as Henrique Sá Pessoa , Vasco Coelho Santos , João Rodrigues and Tiago Penão .

Culinary diversity will be one of the festival's strong points, offering everything from roasts to vegetarian dishes, desserts, pizzas and sushi. In addition, 12 Madrid restaurants will join the event , presenting their "Bites" , small tastings of their most emblematic dishes adapted to the style of the festival.

The Chefs on Fire gastronomic experience will be complemented by a varied musical program . Artists such as Pájaro Sunrise , La Perra Blanco , Caballo Prieto Azabache , Coni Lechner and Ariel Brínguez , Pedro Ricardo , Andrea Buenavista , Nola Brand Bass , Guacamayo Tropical and Jazzin' Club will fill the space with their melodies, creating unique atmospheres that fuse genres and energies.
