...Iván has been brought in and together they prepare cuisine to the sound of the market products, in a meeting of flavors from Asia and Peru on a very traditional Spanish base: that of stews, broths and stir-fries. Don't worry, if you find space at their bar you can try almost everything, because although they offer a menu, it behaves like a tasting menu where you can order several options to share. Don't miss their Lima causa with Iberian jowl veil (with potato, pig's trotters and peanuts) or the chicken chili curry with yellow chili, mirasol chili and yellow curry in a stew that is sautéed with ginger and other spices, milk of coconut, chicken, hard-boiled egg, shallots, parmesan and the broth itself... with your mouth watering until closing time! As a novelty, it has won the award for best market stall (Time Out Madrid Food & Drink Awards 2024).
