Today we continue at the foot of the canyon doing what we like most and how we know best. Our cuisine remains the same as always, sometimes we revise it a little because we like to contribute our point, but there are dishes that we prefer to remain as before; If it works, we don't touch it. We continue to be passionate about market cuisine, from here next door and, above all, seasonal. Everything tastes better at the time, right?
