Solo de Croquetas was born from combining our two passions, traveling and croquettes. On a trip with friends through Asturias, we ordered a cachopo and when we saw croquettes, how could it be otherwise, we couldn't resist trying them. And that's where we are...
...In the numerous trips we have made together (we have been friends since we were 3 years old) we have always been passionate about trying the local gastronomy and if there were croquettes, it was mandatory to order them too. The image of these two dishes together at the same table made us start to fantasize about the possibility of cachopo croquettes and, laughing and joking, we held a competition of the most extravagant croquette combinations that we could think of. After that meal and almost forced by our friends, we left with the strong conviction that we had to create a restaurant focused solely on croquettes that would have a gastronomic representation in the form of croquettes from each Autonomous Community
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to midnight.
