The great reception that you have given to La Caníbal since it opened, more than three years ago, has convinced us that a new type of bar is possible. And thus, La Grifería was born
...A little sister with her own character. It is not a second Cannibal but has its own card and personality.
The challenge is to break other barriers, those limits that are the M30 and the Manzanares river, to create fun, artisan culture and closeness in a new neighborhood: Marqués de Vadillo , where Carabanchel meets Madrid Río.
With six taps of craft beer -ours, but also those of our friends- and sincere wines , as well as artisan cheese boards and a snack kitchen designed to share and pair without rules.
