...For our pizzas we use stone-ground BIO flour with double natural fermentation and sea water . The result is a lighter and more digestible pizza.
Sea water in cooking has very ancient roots. It provides flavors and nuances that naturally enhance the flour's own and original flavors.
The water is captured north of the “ Costa Brava” , in the open sea. At more than 20 meters deep, without additives and containing, in the right proportion, all the mineral salts and trace elements present in the human body, so its intake balances our internal environment.
