We are a bar-restaurant specializing in artisan products from small brewers: craft beers, natural and organic wines, ciders... We are also nomadic producers of our own beers, which we brew in friends' factories (SanFrutos, Dougalls, Yakka, Sevebrau..
...) and some of the wines, which we also offer on tap, as well as an olive oil that we make in the north of Extremadura. Now we have 8 beer taps and 10 wine taps, which are made for us by small artisan winery friends, and we are thinking of expanding the offer. The kitchen is open all day and is part of the Galician base of the local annex of the same owner (O Pazo de Lugo) but it is quite eclectic. We take special care of artisan cheeses, of which we have several tables.
