At FOOD&LIFE we offer you authentic, artisan bread, made daily and without haste in our traditional bakery, with whole wheat sourdough, using only organic and carefully selected flours. We do not use additives.
We have a wide variety of different breads that make you taste the quality of the different grains we use: Spelled bread with and without seeds, Rye bread, Kamut bread, Seed bread, Raisin and walnut bread... and many more.

At FOOD&LIFE we use sourdough, mainly because it offers a unique, unmistakable and incomparable flavor. The fermentation process with natural yeasts modifies the flour, making it more digestible. Sourdough bread also naturally contains some non-homogeneous air lumps, which makes it last several days without becoming hard. Nutritionally it is more interesting, because it promotes better assimilation of minerals and greater degradation of gluten.
Sourdough bread is better for health since it initially provides us with all the minerals present in the cereal and in everything that we accompany it with.
All our products, not just bread, are organic:The EU establishes a logo referring to organic farming to indicate that the food product has been produced following approved organic methods, which respect the environment and meet the strict requirements of livestock production. An ecological or biological product is one obtained without the use of chemicals or genetically modified organisms, only with natural methods that conserve and protect the environment. With these quality foods, the productive capacity of the land is not forced, managing the agricultural soil as a living substrate and enhancing its fertility.
From Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
