The dough for our pizzas is made with sourdough and requires a slow fermentation process of 48 hours, after which we achieve the optimal point for the base of our pizzas. Hours: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
...The slow fermentation process gives our pizzas a sweet spot between spongy and crunchy and above all makes them extremely tasty and digestible. For the base of our pizzas we use Italian ingredients, such as tomato sauce, extra virgin olive oil, flour, yeast, etc. For the ingredients we select the best from the La Paz Market every day, many of them seasonal, and we cook them in an artisanal way following recipes that are passed down from generation to generation: artichokes and candied tomatoes, grilled aubergines, courgettes iron etc We prepare our pizzas so that you can give them one last blow in the oven at home, so that you can enjoy them as freshly made
