At Banneton we knead classic, rustic and special breads daily, inspired by the tradition of artisan French bakeries. In the workshop in full view of the public, we make them by hand just as our ancestors did
...Every day, the breads we knead slowly ferment for more than 18 hours before they are ready to be baked.
As a complement to the bread, we prepare with the same care daily biscuits, pastries, our well-known artisan sandwiches, as well as quiches and homemade pasties. When selecting and producing our products, we always seek to offer our customers the best service and an experience that exceeds their expectations.
8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day (except Sundays and holidays when our hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.)
