The General Directorate of Commerce and Hospitality , in collaboration with ACYRE Madrid , has announced the competition to choose the Best Madrid Sardine of Carnival 2026. The deadline for recipe submissions is February 11th at 11:59 PM. There, they will have a maximum of ten minutes to prepare and plate four tapas before the jury
...From all the entries received, ten finalists will be selected to compete on February 16th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at the Guzmán el Bueno Market . The rules, registration information, and official template are available on the ACYRE Madrid website.
