The project stems from a desire to recapture the authentic flavor of traditional bread, making sourdough loaves, pastries, and pizzas daily with select flours, long fermentation processes, and artisanal methods. With a strong inspiration from Italian baking traditions and a focus on product quality, PanDomè has become a neighborhood bakery landmark in the city, combining classic techniques with a selection that includes more than twenty types of bread, artisanal pastries, and pizzas made with fresh ingredients.
