Partida Garden

On the right bank of the Manzanares River lies this 38,000-square-meter natural space, close to the Casa de Campo . They built their country house in this area, which later became part of the crown.

...

Located in the Madrid Río area, just a few meters from the Puente del Rey (King's Bridge ), its origins date back to the 16th century when it was the vegetable garden that supplied vegetables to the palace of the Vargas family, one of the most influential in the city

Today, this area has paths lined with fruit trees (hazel, almond, olive, etc.). At the top of the Huerta, there is a viewpoint from which you can see not only Madrid Río Park but also the Royal Palace , the Almudena Cathedral , and, to the left, the towers of Plaza de España .
