Julio and Eduardo are the Ortega brothers, the ones from the usual butcher shop, which is also a delicatessen, mind you. His stall has been in the market since 1967. Both started in the trade as apprentices from a very young age, they are nice and very professional.
...Butcher-delicatessen specializing in natural meats from the Sierra de Guadarrama and hams and sausages from Salamanca. They say that their star product is pork and veal, but they also make some amazing cachopos, some brutal hamburgers, they have a jug of different black puddings, churrasco, sausages, fresh, semi-cured and cured cheeses, sausages and a section of preserves and oils .
From Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
