Felipe arrived at San Fernando a bunch of years ago, in 1970. He started with a bakery-pastries that later, in 1982, became El Colmado de Lavapiés. Hams, cheeses, sausages of all kinds, preserves and everything you can imagine began to roam freely on their shelves..
...Over time, they expanded their position with El Colmado Gourmet, where you can eat their dishes and try all their products . His son Mario and Naiara have joined the Colmado team and get to work making empanadas, tripe, cachopos and whatever it takes (secret: they are also expert ham cutters ;-))
From Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
