Torero Hall - Essential Flamenco
Torero Hall - Essential Flamenco
"We want to recover privacy, which was the essence of authentic flamenco. The audience literally glued to the stage, surrounded by three rows of chairs. No tables, no food, no distractions. Pure flamenco.
... Our show takes place in a brick cave that is more than 100 years old without any type of amplification. All directed by our artistic director Juan "El Mistela" national award from flamenco critics. We have passes every day at 6:00 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., each lasting one hour.
Flamenco jondo (jondo comes from hondo, hondo) brings together, in a melting pot never seen before, five musical cultures: local Andalusian folklore, the music brought by the gypsies (who emigrants from India arrived in southern Spain in the year 1400 ), Arabic music (the Arabs were from the year 700), and also musical features of the Jews and Castilians. It is music that touches the universal soul. A music for which we bet.”
Day passes at 18:00, 19:30 and 21:00
