All its products are fresh, artisanal, natural, preserving the nutritional value and original flavour of these: hand-kneaded breads and pastries, baked daily and made with sourdough. Eric Kayser, son, grandson and great-grandson of bakers, inherited the good taste and the profession that he exercises with passion. He began his career with the desire to develop and export new culinary concepts that would allow him to make a “good traditional bread made with simplicity and honesty”.
