...They are experts in aged meat, which is preserved in a special chamber, where light and temperature are precisely distributed to maintain the quality and flavor of the meat. Each cut is a masterpiece that reflects our meticulous attention to every detail. They have their own livestock farm and their own workshop, which means they know every step of the production chain.
From Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
