Ricla Wineries
SINCE 1867 Madrid-style tripe and hundred-year-old jars
It was founded in 1867 and bears the name of the Aragonese town of the founders. Inside a small place, to remain standing, we can savor a fantastic vermouth or a flat wine, among the smell that its jars give off.
...To eat, we can find the typical canned mussels, cockles, anchovies, and also elaborate dishes, such as cod in oil, anchovies in vinegar and the star of the house: Madrid-style tripe, without forgetting the cecina de León. During the time of the war, the cave, in which large jars of wine were housed, was used by the residents of the area as a bomb shelter.
