...Ramón García Rodríguez, initiator of the family saga that continues to this day, took over in 1899 a business that had been operating as a wine shop for some time and which he converted into a tavern, formalizing its transfer for 48 duros. In 1940 Ramón García passed the establishment on to his son José, who ran the tavern for twenty years, until his son and grandson of the founder, José García García, took over the business in 1961. The activity of the business acquiring and reforming the floor that was above the tavern, dedicating it to weddings, baptisms, communions and other events. In the nineties of the last century, the tavern would reoccupy its original space, the ground floor of the building, dedicating itself to the present to maintain the tradition of tapas bars and homemade food restaurants. Already in the twenty-first century, the fourth generation of the family, the two sons of the García couple, would join their parents in the business, the four of them forming the company that would manage the company and that would ensure the continuity of the direct family line to this day
