This is our kitchen, open and visible, where we prepare the dishes from scratch. There are screams between the flames, indigenous dances, juggling with sharp objects and a lot of music .
We prepare dishes that we met walking the streets of Southeast Asia. We give spicy food (although we are not Taliban). And we will always have vegan and gluten-free options.
...Although the heart is big, the place is not. That's why we work in shifts.
