They are famous for the quality of their products, which they have national or tropical, but always in season. He puts a great effort into choosing the best of each land, such as artichokes from Tudela, avocados from Granada, beans from Malaga, peppers and peas from Almeria, asparagus from San Martin de la Vega, mushrooms from Cuenca, tomatoes from La Rioja… You can also find legumes, nuts and spices, and ask them to prepare a fresh melon, peach and ginger juice (or whatever you like) while you decide which vegetables you want for today's stew.
