Something that makes us special is that we make the bread in an artisanal way with the sourdough in all our wide variety of breads; spelled (which is so fashionable!), corn, rye, vegetables, onion, olives...using as little machinery as possible.

We also have a workshop where you can see how food is made while you wait. We have a large assortment of breakfasts, why don't you come and see us?
