Cardamomo has a Dinner and Tapas Service (served 1 hour before the show) and a Bar Service until 3 in the morning (Friday and Saturday until 3:30 a.m.) with a special cocktail menu.

The cultural trajectory of the Cardamomo Tablao Flamenco hall has been recognized by being listed by the Madrid City Council in the "Cultural Heritage of the City of Madrid" in the Centro district for its "special characteristics and uniqueness". Since its origins in 1994, it has been common to meet young promises who felt that Cardamomo was the "rehearsal room" for their new musical concerns and where, later, they have returned to present themselves as highly recognized professionals.
