Alright American Food
Alright American Food
Alright Pedro Rico: It emerged in 2014, my brother Juan went to live in Toronto for 6 months and while his wife finished her master's degree he dedicated himself to taking care of his newborn son and cooking. thanks a lot.
...He was engaged in construction although the last two years before he left he was full of hospitality. And it is that our most famous dish, which are the ribs, was born in Canada. When he came to Spain again and we tried ribs, we decided we had to open a restaurant so people could try them and Alright was born. It is a place that is made with a lot of love and that we started from scratch, risking everything we had because we bet on it. Where we dedicate all our time, passion and wisdom to seduce the palates and hearts of our clients. Decorated with American touches but without attracting much attention, it has a large mural with some detail that represents us but without a doubt it is a restaurant where you always feel at home. We've had quite a few fun moments, from our point of view, of course :) For example, there was once a customer who came only ordering a half of nachos and a rack of ribs, when we brought him the rack instead of letting us change the plate of nachos because of the ribs, he picked up the plate of nachos and threw it super hard into the air and suddenly we saw a plate flying across the room and he fell to the floor running asking for forgiveness and nobody knew how to react hahaha it was a very strange thing but we laughed too much at the situation. Our clients or as we call them, our Alrighters, are the bomb, they support us a lot and what am I going to say about them, each client that walks through the door of the restaurant is special for us because they trust our kitchen and service and that fills us of pride. Without a doubt, our success is thanks to each person that makes up Alright, we have managed to create a small or medium-sized family that enjoys making our clients happy and I think that making someone happy with good food and good service is very cool because people love it
