A must stop in Costa Fleming in a restaurant with tradition and American flavor, a real classic to lick your fingers! Its founder, Alfred Gradus, was a New Yorker who loved Spain and opened several places, including this one on Calle Juan Hurtado de Mendoza in 1986, where his family takes care of everything. The menu is almost the same for 40 years now, no recipe has been changed and they continue to make their famous barbecue sauce, grilled hamburgers, coleslaw and pies following the original recipes
