NIGHTS ARE BACK TO THE PRADO MUSEUM: A UNIQUE CULTURAL EXPERIENCE

The Prado Museum has launched an innovative project in collaboration with Samsung: "The Prado at Night". This special program will allow art lovers to enjoy the magnificence of the museum for free on the first Saturday of each month and explore its artistic treasures by moonlight.

Although the grand opening took place last Saturday, March 2, there is still time to prepare and immerse yourself in the cultural experience on the next first Saturday of the month of April, the 6th.

The art gallery will open its doors for free at night, from 8:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy different exhibition spaces in a program designed to expand knowledge of the institution in a sequenced manner. The initiative will include musical events, the possibility of interacting with exclusive applications created by Samsung for the Museum, the collaboration with the Dolphin Treasure or the innovative Prado Guide App, among others. In addition, the Café Prado service will be available to all attendees. Visitors will also be able to purchase a selection of the Museum's edited works at Samsung The Frame Art Store.

Radio 3 joins this initiative, participating with the live broadcast of a special program dedicated to the Prado from the Jerónimos lobby. Journalists and DJs from the station will contribute their perspectives, highlighting the uniqueness of this cultural proposal.

In the next edition, on the night of April 6 , visitors will have access to the ground floor of the Villanueva building, where they will be able to admire emblematic works such as "The Garden of Earthly Delights" by Hieronymus Bosch, "The Descent" by Van der Weyden, "The 3rd of May" by Goya or "Isabel the Catholic dictating her will" by Rosales. A unique opportunity to immerse yourself in art and culture at one of the most prestigious institutions in the world.
