WINE TASTINGS ARE COMING TO PONZANO

Ponzano is preparing to offer a series of exclusive events that will combine the best of local gastronomy with a select wine tasting, thanks to the collaboration between the neighborhood's restaurants and Colectivo Decantado. This initiative, which seeks to create authentic experiences, will begin on November 19 at the Charnela restaurant, located at Calle Ponzano, 8.

During these meetings, attendees will be able to enjoy between 3 and 5 tapas paired with wines carefully selected by Colectivo Decantado, with a capacity of 40 seats. The event will be interactive, with the participation of Santi Rivas, from Colectivo Decantado, and the host chef, who will guide diners through the flavors and nuances of each dish and wine.

Each event will last one hour and will be held every two weeks or every month in different restaurants in Ponzano. The aim is to offer an immersive and intimate experience, encouraging dialogue and the possibility of continuing to enjoy the wine at the host restaurant after the tasting.
