IV EDITION PROSPE LID ROUTE 2024
Everyone to have tapas in La Prospe! After the success achieved in previous editions, from March 7 to 10 we had the opportunity to enjoy the Prospe 2024 Tapa Route.
In this fourth edition, which has already become a tradition, we have been able to enjoy the best tapas and beer in the neighborhood thanks to this Cerveza Dichosa initiative with the neighborhood's hoteliers, which has the support of the Madrid City Council.
On this occasion, 9 bars and restaurants participated and served their best tapas accompanied by the light and refreshing craft beer of the neighborhood: La Rubia del Barrio de Prospe. And, as a novelty this year, it was also possible to taste the new original beer from La Ruta de la
Tapa Prospe: an unfiltered Pilsen-style beer.
The price of the Dichosa Beer, wine or soft drink plus special tapa promotion has been €5. The level of quality of the tapas has been surpassed once again and this year we have had authentic delights such as Wagyu pork sausage tacos with roasted pepper, fig and goat cheese mezzaluna and mini Black Angus burger with special sauce.
The Prospe Tapa Route is a local commerce event that promotes and energizes the neighborhood and supports its businesses, designed so that all attendees can enjoy good times with friends tasting the best tapas and beer.
- Bayres Beef . The establishment is located at Calle Pradillo, number 6. This establishment will feature the 'Mini Jorgito burger'.
- Benton Tapas Bar . It is located on Calle Sánchez Pachecho, number 26. The tapa will be 'stewed Galician beef blood sausage with its PX wine sauce'.
- Old House . This place is located in the Prosperidad Market, in location 9 c, in López de Hoyos, 81. This place will have 'Mezzaluna of figs and goat cheese'.
- Green Coast . It is located at Calle Eugenio Salazar, number 29. In this place they will give 'carrillada con eltouch de la Sole'.
- The Bar 33 . It is located in the Prosperidad Market, location 33 c. During the tapas route, they will give 'Wagyu pork sausage tacos with roasted peppers'.
- Laprospe Terrace Gastrobar . It is on Calle Prosperidad, number 3. In this place, 'empanada prospentina' will be served.
- Lambeer . It is in the Prosperidad Market, location 31 c. They will give 'fugazzetta 130' as a cover.
- Origin . This location is also located in the Prosperidad Market. In this place you can try the 'squid croquettes'.
- Apadana Pizzeria . It is located at Calle Pradillo, number 6. We can find the 'Mini Black Angus burger with special sauce'.
The route ended on March 10, but all of them are still waiting for your visit to offer you their best gastronomic proposals.
