ATELIER COUTURE CELEBRATES ITS 10TH ANNIVERSARY WITH A SPECIAL EDITION OF THE ROYAL TAPESTRY FACTORY
2025/02/19

Atelier Couture celebrates its tenth anniversary with its 13th edition on March 25 and 26 at the Real Fábrica de Tapices. This event, consolidated as a reference in contemporary Couture, will bring together more than thirty designers in seventeen fashion shows, as well as four exhibitions of high craftsmanship with live workshops.

The 13th edition will feature a wide variety of proposals for bridal, ceremony, and guest fashion, presenting creations by designers from all over Spain. The new setting will enrich the experience by bringing the public closer to artisans, highlighting the manual work behind each piece.

An exclusive programme of fashion shows and exhibitions

The shows will take place in the GOYA hall , a 440-square-metre space that was once a tapestry workshop. For two days, the public will be able to enjoy exclusive collections by designers such as Natacha Arranz, Teressa Ninú Atelier, Manu García, José Acosta and De la Cierva & Nicolás, among others.

In parallel, the TENIERS hall will host four exhibitions dedicated to high craftsmanship applied to fashion, where visitors can learn about the process of creating designer jewellery, handmade footwear, embroidered textiles and handmade watches. These exhibitions will feature the participation of experts who will give live demonstrations.

Live workshops and unique experiences

In addition to the fashion shows and exhibitions, the event will include interactive workshops on March 25, where attendees will be able to discover the techniques used in the creation of unique pieces. The event is complemented by the Textile Tinting Garden , a space that houses dye plants historically used to dye fabrics, offering an immersion in the Spanish textile tradition.

A milestone in artisanal fashion

In 2025, Atelier Couture celebrates a decade of commitment to artisanal sewing and traditional crafts. As part of Madrid Fashion Week, the event is supported by Madrid City Council, through the Madrid Capital of Fashion and Todo está en Madrid programs, as well as by the Moda España Confederation.

With a programme that combines fashion, art and craftsmanship, Atelier Couture continues to focus on excellence and the visibility of the talent of contemporary masters. The event promises to be a unique experience for lovers of design and haute couture.
