Enjoy a fun workshop hosted by the stalls "Fruteria Ramos" and "Wagashi Utatane" where they will learn about different plating techniques for a " Parfait" , "a dessert cup with different layers of sweets and fruit".
In the Workshop, participants will have fun setting up their own
"Parfait" with seasonal fruits and Japanese ingredients
