The 21 DISTRICTS cultural program presents the first edition of 'On the Margins: Neighborhood Theatre Festival' , which will take place from March 20 to 29 in nine districts of Madrid. This initiative, linked to the City Council's participatory budgeting process, aims to bring theatre and the performing arts to neighborhoods with a free program accessible to all audiences.
