The wood used to manufacture the products that WoodLife sells comes from Spain and mainly from the forests of Guatemala, where 2 trees per hectare of each species are cut down and another tree of the same species is not cut down in the same place for 40 years. With this low-intensity felling, the regeneration of the forest mass is promoted in a natural way , which contributes to having sustainable forests forever. In addition, the useful life of the wood is extended by reusing it as much as possible, guaranteeing that it has a minimum durability of about 25 years without spoiling or having to be replaced, especially in the case of Guatemalan tropical woods of class 4 and 5.
