Surf, Power & Soul
Surf, Power & Soul was born in Madrid in June 2016 as a result of the union of my two passions, human movement and surfing. Our objective is to improve the performance and health of the Madrid surfer who is not lucky enough to have the sea nearby.
Surfing is a very complex sport that takes place in a changing environment, which is why our body needs to be in optimal conditions to be able to enjoy the waves.
...We apply all our knowledge in order to improve physical condition and prevent injuries that can be derived from sports in different ways. Either for the surfer from Madrid or for the surfer from other communities through face-to-face or online modalities.
