The company opens its doors in 2006, in Lavapiés, a historic neighborhood with many colors and cultural components, such as our ice creams. Its traditional way of elaboration is the fruit of syncretism, a fusion of knowledge and experience that, over the centuries, have allowed the creation of exquisite recipes that today everyone can savor. In addition, our suppliers are usually small companies, with a love of innovation and who seek environmentally sustainable solutions.
