...Running Sushi is a concept of Japanese fast food kaitenzsushi or "sushi that rotates", and consists of an all-you-can-eat buffet with a fixed price, whose dishes are transported through a giant belt that crosses the entire space, passing through all the tables in the restaurant. The desserts, for their part, are mostly homemade and prepared by our Japanese chefs. They are transported by the belt in white plates and also offer a wide variety of flavors.
Although, in addition to the opportunity to taste a large number of dishes thanks to its individual portions, the gastronomic experience is completed with the decoration, which surrounds and envelops the public in an atmosphere inspired by the magical city of Osaka in the 90s. On the walls you'll find the city's most iconic posters, and a wall of Ploma Fang's teenage-inspired arcades, a nod to the adults who hung out in arcades during the '90s.
