Our paellas are made with Albufera de Lucía rice, a natural product always from the latest harvest grown in the Albufera de Valencia Natural Park. We use extra virgin olive oil, saffron threads from La Mancha and all natural, genuine, top quality ingredients selected for each type of dish.
