Livin'Japan Lavapiés
In May 2017, and without having any idea what the world of hospitality was, he opened Living Japan, a place with more cultural than gastronomic purposes and that barely had a basic menu, with four very simple dishes, including our Livinero Curry.
...In these 6 years, we have developed, above all, our restaurant side, constantly expanding and improving our menu. Our mission as a restaurant, Japanese cuisine is much more than good sushi. The #Livineros have been more and more and have accompanied us throughout this time, some came to our screenings, workshops or contests, but all of them have in common that admiration for Japan that unites us.
