Knight n Squire
Known by customers and friends as "El Nait" it is one of the most traditional restaurants in the neighborhood, it opened its doors in 1968 as the first hamburger restaurant in Madrid. It has always been a meeting point for people from the world of cinema and music
...As soon as we enter, the decoration takes us into a British pub. Its walls are loaded with photos, movie posters, strange beer mugs, the most diverse objects with their own history and signatures of many famous people who have passed through there throughout their long lives. You can see the imprint of Pablo Pérez, a man of cinema and a collector passionate about the seventh art and music, who has taken over the premises since 1974. Now his daughter Paloma Pérez and her husband Stephen are in charge of keeping this historical jewel alive, in the one that is impossible not to stay admiring and looking at the particular world created around their tables. As for the menu: 13 different hamburgers (I always opted for the Swiss), hot dogs, their famous chilli con queso or their Dutch buns, all at very affordable prices. An extensive menu of beers and drinks at a very good price complete the offer of this essential and historic place on the Fleming Coast. Hours: Tuesday to Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
